Herbi Offers Low Maintenance Herb Garden

For those of us who are city dwellers with little inside and less outside space for an herb garden, or for those with simply not enough time or effort to devote to one, the Herbi offers an efficient, low maintenance solution.

The Herbi is basically an adjustable hydroponic herb garden. You just need to place it in a well lit place. It comes with one to six "plant silos" and a control unit. You plant your herbs in the silos and connect them to the control unit. Fill the control unit with water and nutrients and ph balancers, and you're on your way to a bounty of fresh herbs. The Herbi system delivers the appropriate amounts of water and nutrients, and monitors and adjusts ph levels. All you have to do is watch for a blue LED indicator that lets you know if anything in the control unit needs to be replenished. Usually you will only need to fill each element once per month.

The small amount of maintenance required by the Herbi makes it the perfect appliance for those who don't have the time or space for an herb garden, or for those who are simply too intimidated by the prospect of caring for a number of plants.
