Porsche 918

Imagine a supercar that hits 60 mph in 3.2 seconds and has a top speed of 200 mph. Now imagine this car getting 94 miles per gallon. This is the Porsche 918 Spyder prototype, revealed at the Geneva Motor Show.

The 918 Spyder is propelled by a 500-horsepower V8 engine along with front and rear electric axle motors. Liquid-cooled lithium ion batteries can be charged by a standard household electrical socket.
